Positive: Breakfast was very good, could maybe do with a bit more fresh fruit or fruit salad but in general really enjoyed it. The staff was very sweet and accomodating from booking confirmations to serving dinner at the attached Indian restaurant. We had a very good time and can recommend this hotel if you would want to be close to the train station and the Ccty centre (10min walk). And while we were originally planning to take the train from Düsseldorf Airport we ended up renting a car (40min ride) and there was ample parking at the hotel for us. So, all in all, good location, nice staff and all well
Negative: I advised the staff to check the drains in our room, in my view they need either cleaning, plumbing, severr flushing or otherwise an odour check. We left the bathroom door closed throughout the nights which kept us sleeping safe and sound.
Summary: We had an excellent stay and are very grateful to the staff for making us feel welcome
