Positive: In the middle of Baja peninsula, this modest motel has a restaurant that serves local seafood, and cozy blankets and firm but comfortable bed for chilly nights typical in Guerrero Negro.
Negative: On occasion, there was a bad, sewer-like smell coming from the back of the kitchen that was near the rooms. But it didn't effect my overall experience.
