Summary: Not emphatic at all, even several request to get an early checkin, based on the fact that we travelled all night to arrive in Medellin, the receptionist was not emphatic and un polite to our request to get a room to shower and change our cloth, we had to go all day out with out showering, even we mentioned that we were not going to stay two nights as we had to leave one day earlier. We also requested to get our free breakfast for the second night we were not going to use for that mornings breakfast and there was a NO as an answer to all our request.
