Positive: A large room with a table and two armchairs (comfortable for breakfast and dinner), a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, a set of dishes, pots, spoons, forks, knives, and bottle openers. Upon check-in, guests are provided with a starter kit including dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and a dishwashing brush. There is also a large wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. In addition to the standard set of towels, a bath mat/towel for the feet is also provided. Good soundproofing and air conditioning, with quiet ventilation. Blackout curtains. A comfortable mattress on a large bed with big pillows. Friendly staff. Just a couple of minutes from a major transport hub with trains, buses, metro, and tram connections. It takes 6 minutes by train to Amsterdam Centraal station and about 30 minutes by metro to RAI Amsterdam (the departure point for buses to Keukenhof). There is also a SPAR supermarket and a pizza restaurant near the station.

Negative: The floor is not carpeted, and it gets very cold to walk barefoot, so slippers are necessary (warm ones can be bought for €6–8 at Primark near TK Maxx). The armchairs are made of plastic — comfortable, but cold, so we had to put foam camping mats or clothes on them. The drain in the bathroom sink is not properly adjusted. The toilet is installed a bit too close to the wall, which may be uncomfortable for people with a larger build.
