Positive: This property is the front room of a house remodelled as a studio with a small bathroom. There is a locked door presumably leading to the rest of the house. The property was clean and storage space was provided. There are no cooking or dish-washing facilities inside the studio but a great looking gas barbecue is available outside on the terrace by arrangement with the owner.

Negative: The terrace is not private, but shared with other residents of the property. The bed faces the large window onto the terrace. The curtains are essentially transparent, particularly when a light is on inside the studio, thus privacy is a potential problem and those who need darkness when they sleep will have difficulty.

Summary: Adequate accommodation in pleasant surroundings
