Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is amazing and the staff were extremely attentive and kind. There was no WiFi but this wasn’t an issue for us. The shower was warm and decent. It was brilliant to have the stream and watch the fire flies- absolutely gorgeous area. There were lots of bugs in the room, including many ants but we expected this given we were in mature. The main dining hall is very nice and always exceptionally clean.

Negative: The walls are essentially bare plaster meaning there is always a slight smell (wet plaster) from the bathroom which isn’t pleasant. Upstairs, the walls have been covered and it looks lovely. We opted to have dinner at the property for the first night $10 USD per person, which is expensive for the area and the portions were very small- I had 5prawns when ordering devilled prawns. I have 2 teenagers who were still hungry after eating. There’s some construction materials lying around.
