Beautiful private living, spectacular sunrises & mood-altering sunsets. This stunning home sits directly on top of a hill offering BREATHTAKING 300° VIEWS from floor to ceiling windows. Primary Suite offers a walk-in closet, office area and a spa-tacular bathroom with large steam shower and soak-in tub. Outside you can enjoy the amazing views from the sunken fire pit, heated pool, or hot tub.
House sits on 6.5 acres of natural beauty; away from it all, but close to everything. You'll be less than 30 minutes from everything San Diego has to offer. After a fun-filled day at the beach, SeaWorld, The World Famous San Diego Zoo, or any one of the amazing places in the area, you can retire to your Hilltop Retreat to relax and rejuvenate for another fun-filled day to follow. Or just spend the day enjoying the pool, spa, amazing views and peaceful serenity of this truly unique property.
Pool heat (optional) is $59 per day and will be collected separately.
Only guests attached to reservation are allowed on property without prior approval. Parties are permitted, but should be low key and must be agreed to in advance.
There is a play area with an inground trampoline, horseshoe pits, & cornhole.
Outdoor setup depends on time of year & weather.
There are cameras on property (outside only). 2 video door bells, 1 on lower driveway, 3 by garages/parking area, 2 on front of house, and 2 on back of house. Cameras on front and back of house are off when guests are here.
