The living room is equipped with 2 sofas, 2 coffee tables + wall-mounted TV with Portuguese and English channels, possibility to connect to your Netflix account
The dining room is equipped with an extendable table if necessary and 6 to 8 armchairs
KITCHEN
The kitchen is open to the living/dining area, it is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine)

WORK ON THE NEIGHBOURING DEVELOPMENT
We would like to inform you that work is underway to build luxury villas (between €1.5m and €2.8m) on the housing estate next to our neighbourhood.
There is very little noise nuisance, particularly during the 2 summer months (July and August) when activity is reduced.

Work in the area is stopped from Friday noon to Monday morning.
