Positive: Room was comfortable & clean. Good breakfast
Negative: Not being able to check in as stated on our confirmation email. Arrived at 2.30pm, having been told that we could check in from 2pm., but was advised that our room had not yet been cleaned. That threw our schedule for the rest of the day, so we were not happy.
