(Please note, if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F, the water may not reach the full 85°F.) The outdoor space is perfect for soaking up the Arizona sun, enjoying a barbecue, or unwinding under the stars in the evening.
Pets are welcome to stay at no additional cost — we just kindly ask that you pick up after them so everyone can enjoy the space. Whether you’re here for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this home offers the perfect base for your Phoenix stay.

Private swimming pool is heated between the months of November and April at no additional charge. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may be below 85 degrees. Pool is serviced once every week.
