This architect-designed, 5,000+ s/f house is across the street from the private North Shores beach, backs onto state park land and has amenities seldom found in the area. It is an upside down house, with living areas on the upper level and bedrooms on the lower. The kitchen features Viking and Sub-Zero stainless appliances, and a center island with barstools. There are ocean views from the kitchen, living area, den and both top floor decks. It features a huge Private pool(20x45) with fire pit, seven decks or balconies, an elevator, and a fireplace, Tesla charger, a lighted bocce ball court, badminton court and horseshoe pit. The cottage (attached with a foyer) also has a living room with flat screen TV with YouTube streaming device, and a small kitchen with microwave, small refrigerator, and dishwasher. A community pool and 2 tennis courts are one block away (for use by North Shores residents and guests only) and a private guarded beach. This is truly a one of a kind home!
