Huge outdoor space . 5-10 min to The Carolina Mall and shopping centers and 10 min to Ballantyne Hotel & Spa , Ballantyne golf course , as well as exclusive shopping center ,restaurants and movie theater , 35 minutes drive to uptown Charlotte and panthers stadium
For our home security and safety, we have installed cameras outside the house in the front and backyard. For guest privacy, there are none inside the home. If the cameras are unplugged or covered without notifying the host, guests will be charged a $1000 fine and the police will be contacted for further investigation.

Summary: This house has been wonderfully remodeled. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed and furnished. And if your a TV addict, you've got plenty. Alan was a fantastic host and had evrything ready for us. It really did feel like our own home. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!
