The drive into the house is beautiful with tree lined roads and an abundance of wildlife. The open-concept living space is perfect for entertaining, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, gas grill, comfortable seating, and a dining area that can accommodate fourteen guests. Imagine stepping through the sliding glass doors onto the large upper deck, complete with views of Taneycomo but ample tree coverage provides the privacy you have been looking for. Your kids will be able to immerse themselves in a secret hideaway just for them, designed by our 5 year-old and nestled beneath the stairs of our short-term rental. A large mowed commons area along the banks of the lake is the perfect spot for picnics or launching your kayak. Take the family to the large seasonal outdoor community pool and enjoy a day in the sun. Also conveniently located near Sycamore Creek Ranch and Weddings at the Homestead event venues, making our space perfect for accommodating the entire wedding party. -Currently the roads around the house are fine crushed gravel with plans on paving them at the end of summer.
-The primary renter must be 25 or older.
-No large gatherings, parties or events are allowed on the premises.
-Only registered guests may enter the home.
-Please be mindful of noise and traffic, respect quiet hours.
