Summary: Property had potential to be very nice โ€ฆlarge place , great views etc. But the property is poorly maintained. I ended up cutting my stay short ..the owner was very accommodating with my refund. And thereโ€™s construction currently on the 101 which can make getting there from anywhere north a much longer drive timeโ€ฆ a couple of times I had to drive all the way to Ventura as the exit was closed for construction.
