Positive: Loved the location, the view, having a whole apartment/condi to ourselves with all the privacy that comes with it.
Negative: The tub in the master room didnโ€™t work (jacuzzi), it was also very hard and dangerous to get in it. The window from the bathroom didnโ€™t open. The TV was broken and we couldnโ€™t watch it until the manager came to fix it. He confirmed one of the hdmi inputs was broken and the other had a short. The sliding door from the small room didnโ€™t lock.
Summary: You cannot put a price on value!
