Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Although my room had a "partial view", I was still able to see Nagoya tower as well as the castle from my window. The spa on the 18th floor was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as a face scrub to remove makeup which was great. It was a very comfortable stay!

Negative: It was a bit confusing to find the entrance to the hotel at first as it is a part of another building. Also, in the pajama set provided, the pants were a bit too small so I couldn't wear them. I wonder if they can provide some bigger sizes for some guests!

Summary: A comfortable hotel with an amazing view near Nagoya station. The staff is so kind and helpful!
