Basement carspace for one car, lift access, heating/cooling, ensuite to Master Bedroom, washing machine, dryer, huge balcony, nearby reservoir is beautiful for walks. Located right next to Mount Stromlo, perfect location for active minded people. The apartment's internal laundry is big enough to fit two mountain bikes.
This apartment has one Master Bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two king singles. There are two bathrooms (one is an ensuite). The Master Bedroom has its own A/C & heating. There is also A/C & heating to the main living space. There is a small separate study with desk and lamp. Wi-fi & Chromecast to smart TV. The balcony is large with plenty of space to eat and relax with the awesome sweeping views. There is a big internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a dishwasher.
The whole apartment is for exclusive guest access.
Close to famous Mt Stromlo moutain bike tracks and the brand new Stromlo Leisure Centre. 15 minute drive to City, Woden and Belconen...
