Please note that Reno area is a ski destination and skiing comes with snow and road closures, we wait the entire year for the snow and skiers so that we can balance our income and run our rental arbitrage business, visitors needs to be prepared for harsh weather conditions and they should always check the weather forecast and plan ahead, be prepared start your travel early in the morning if you can to make sure you will get to Reno before the Sun Set when the weather starts being harsh, be prepared to have AWD/4WD vehicles with tire chains and longer travel times (sometimes over 8 hours) or rerouting to get here sometime from a longer route.
So please be prepared because we canโt provide refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures.
SWITCHING THE ENTIRE RESERVATION YO FOR A LATER DATE
Please note that sending a request to switch your entire reservation to a different date is almost equal to canceling your reservation and leaving our house vacant and means loosing the income for those dates and since we are running a rental arbitrage, and since we do business in these house we are paying premium rent for them therefore we canโt afford leaving our house vacant for the dates that were chosen before, so we will unfortunately have to decline the guest request if the guest decides to switch the reservation to a later date.
