Summary: Our family loved being Exuma and LOVED our time at Bahamas Island House! We loved the layout for our family and the comforts of home provided. The kitchen was definitely outfitted for our breakfasts and several dinners we cooked at the house. It was a fun kitchen to cook in looking out at the gorgeous view. We enjoyed the spacious family room seating for movie nights and afternoon naps after being in the sun. Beds and linens were comfortable and we donโ€™t take that for grantedโ€ฆ..no one wants to sleep poorly on vacation. The laundry room (so crucial at the beach) was so nicely appointed and had high capacity washer and dryer. The house also had soft sided coolers we could use for beach days, plenty of snorkel gear, life vests, and portable umbrellas. All of these things were awesome to have and not have to travel with, Every question we had was answered immediately and suggestions on activities were sent and spot on! We loved having the kayaks to explore and loved our day at The Cut and Lazy Riverโ€ฆ.super accessible via kayak from this house which is a major plus! Our kids loved fishing from the dock and observing Exuma ocean life right at our back door. This trip goes down in the books as a top favorite for our family and we will be sure to pass along to friends who want to come. We hope to be back soon! Bahamas Island House was the perfect home away from home!!
