Summary: The hotel was at capacity for July 4th and the staff was unable to handle it. I arrived before 10:00 to the pool and was told to come back later because there were no seats when, in fact, more than half were being held by people who dropped their things and left. I came back a half hour later and a pool attendant moved some oneโ€™s things to a
