Positive: Great place for our family of 7. The bedrooms are located on two floors, and the three bathrooms were just right for us. Everything was clean, the duvet smelled nice and fresh, and we appreciated extra blankets when the nights were colder. The kitchen is also well-equipped. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the roof terrace. The WiFi signal was good everywhere. We had a nice selection of toiletries in each bathroom. All bin bags, washing capsules, dishwasher tablets, and coffee capsules were provided for us. The bins are explained in the leaflet on the front door. It's conveniently located near bus stops and the ferry to Valletta. Café Rouge was our place to go for family dinners and breakfasts. Shops are near too.
Negative: It's not that we didn't like it, but it might be important for some people: earplugs are necessary. It's quite noisy at night, with churchbells from several nearby churches banging at small hours, cats meowing in the middle of the night, and people chatting outside. We read the reviews so we were prepared. Using showers can be tricky, with shower heads impossible to manoeuvre or shower curtains covering only one side. We managed fine, but again - it might be a factor. There are a lot of stairs in this flat (just like everywhere in Malta!), and the ones leading to the roof are particularly tricky.
