Summary: Reception area was very unhelpful. No one spoke English. I have stayed at other Novotel in other non English speaking countries— not a problem. Here in Belo was a problem. Not enough towels and towels were not very good. Hotel needs to replace them with new ones. Breakfast was good. NOT STAYING AT THIS NOVOTEL AGAIN.
