Positive: Location. Neighborhood is walkable. Spacious location. Washer dryer.
Negative: It was publicized as a two bedroom. It was a one bedroom and the owner extended his apologizes as a it was a typo. This was a significant typo in terms of cost and expectations of space for our family. It was a full size bed for the people. Not enough seating in the location beyond a couch that we had to use as an additional sleeping location. This location was a case of an individual wanting a business income but did not put in the investment for guests by way of living accommodations. It is hardly believable that this was a typo in advertising a two bedroom but really a one bedroom. Other items: leaking freezer, gnats from patio door, kitchen smoke alarm did not work (no light on), no seating beyond kitchen table +couch
