Par View home is located in the prestigious Beachview Estates neighborhood on Sanibel Island, Florida. Our home is a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom private home with a private office for those that need space to work or attend school while away. There is a living room with flat panel TV and plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite program or watch the game. Nearby is a dining area with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a family meal. There is also an expansive sitting room with views out to the Sanibel Golf Club and a full kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare meals when you're not enjoying one of the many wonderful restaurants that Sanibel Island has to offer. The owner suite has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet. There are two additional bedrooms with one having a queen bed and trundle with en-suite bathroom and the other featuring a queen sleeper sofa. There is an additional bathroom off the kitchen for guests as well. Our large screened in patio and pool area is where you'll most likely find yourself spending most of your time. With ample seating to lounge or enjoy a cocktail, it doesn't get much better than Par View home on Sanibel Island. We also have an expansive pool that has a shallow and deep end and perfect for enjoying with your friends and family. It's one of the largest pools around and what most attracted us to the home. The beach can be accessed by walking down Par View to Fulgur St and there is a beach access at the end of the street or you can walk the other direction down Par View and use the walking path to go across Middle Gulf Drive to the neighborhood beach access. It's less than a mile to walk to the beach either way. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our new beach house!
