Positive: The location is good, also the facility itself is nice, the bed was comfortable, garden with a river, pets were allowed.
Negative: The noisy owner of the place, espesially when he was walking at the top floor making us uncomfortable to spend time in the room, he was walking literally on top of our heads at 5 am and then whe whole morning and the evening time. I had an impressiong that he was watching for me, so I not do anything illegal at his place. The owner of the plce was really noisy, cutting the grass couple meters from our window the whole morning, then walking near the wals and room dor(the door is making from glass). The room was very dark and cold, like a cave. Also the wifi signal was very poor(you cannot use mobile internet there, no signal), internet itself was also very slow even to get an e-mail (I was trying to work remotely), when I asked about wifi signal the owner said like "try near the toilet it is stronger there". Also it was dirty in the room, dust on the surfaces, the bedding was old and had some patches. I spent there only one day (supposed to spend 4 but it was imposible to stay there with such conditions), the owners never asked me why I leave, never proposed any refund. Actually he even never contacted or answered my sms, before and after my visit, I was texting him about my arrival time. The day I arrived to the facility it was just open room with the key inside, I was searching for it for some time, only photos from booking helped me to identufy the right one.
