Private road is newly signposted Ataahua Rise off Ohiwa Beach Road. House is up the hill and to the left at the fork 3B Ataahua Rise.

The house is architecturally designed with wooden floors, 5 meter ceiling and opens up completely to provide great indoor- outdoor flow, large decking with breathtaking views. equipped with modern amenities including dual-drawer dishwasher, gas hob, oven, washing machine/dryer, outdoor shower, BBQ, kayak, boogie boards, surfboard and outdoor furniture, some linen available, duvets and pillows. *** Although there is an open fire with wood and there are heaters provided, the high stud and many windows it can get very chilly during winter months ***
