Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is directly in Akihabara by the main street which is extremely convenient. The hotel room itself was larger than expected and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay (along with a bunch of additional appliances/amenities that I did not even need). Surprisingly, the reception desk is physically manned 24-7 with the occasional break, so direct help can be reached at any time, although I did not need any.
Negative: Somewhat nitpicky, but the hand/body soap was on the stronger side which left my skin dryer than usual. It seemed to be infused with several oils which contrasted the lighter foamier solutions from other hotels in Japan. Also, the Wi-Fi was down for one day during the stay. Other than that everything was fantastic.
