This unique getaway has expansive ocean views and sits on the slopes of a 2.5 acre garden haven on the southern coast of Rarotonga. Featuring 2 bedrooms and an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, this amazing container lodge flows onto an outdoor deck and embraces nature. Turoa Lodge is spacious and private with much land to explore and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfectly simple, comfortable and peaceful natural holiday accommodation for couples or small families.
Turoa Lodge is an owner built home using simple locally available materials with minimalism and eco conscious values.
Turoa Lodge is situated on a large open piece of land. It is only a 5 minute walk down the driveway to great swimming beaches.
There is a small aquaponics business running on the property which provides a large filtered natural pond which our family swims in. More adventuresome guests are welcome to enjoy it. Families with small children will need to be aware of it.
