Summary: This hotel is convenient when flying out of Hartford. Checkin was quick and friendly. The Food and Cosmo's were outstanding in the Cloud 9 lounge. The evening bartender/server is exceptional ! I give her a 5 star rating! I've stayed here numerous times and she never disappoints! She recommended delicious small plates and made fantastic cosmo's!
