Larger families, parties of mixed ages or even a group of friends sharing a holiday together, will also appreciate the options created by having sleeping accommodation distributed across two levels, connected by an internal staircase and with direct access out to the pool and grounds from both floors. A balcony or French doors in most of the principal rooms plus a panoramic window and long terrace off the living room ensure that gorgeous maritime backdrop remains an integral part of holiday proceedings.
Outdoor living is an equal delight. Surrounding the house are attractive grounds, predominantly laid to lawn, a substantial covered barbecue terrace sits to one side and a large, wooden-decked sun terrace inset with a shady citrus tree fringes the private pool.
Family-friendly, the pool has gently shelving access on one side, ideal for younger party members and non-swimmers alike while the irregular, almost dog-leg-shaped design places the deeper swimming space over on the opposite side.
