There is a new petanque court built in 2025. Approx. 250 m2 of new paved terraces and a large wooden terrace. Plenty of tables, garden chairs and two sun loungers. There's also a sandpit and a cave for the kids. New 7-person outdoor spa and activity room with table tennis, billiards, table football and darts. There is also a treadmill and rowing machine. The holiday home was built in 1997 and has been continuously renovated, most recently the floor plan was thoroughly modernised in 2022. The layout of the house is ideal for large families or if you are travelling together. The house entrance can be accessed from the front of the house or the back by the large terrace. There's plenty of space for shoes and jackets, as well as access to a practical storage room/utility room. At the heart of the house is the large living room in open connection with the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The living room also has a wood-burning stove and a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services. The house also has another lovely living room with a sofa and TV with Chromecast. The rooms are distributed with one bedroom at the end of the living room with its ‘own’ entrance. The room has a double bed. At the other end of the house, together with the smaller living room, there are two spacious bedrooms and a smaller walk-through room with a single bed. One room has a double bed and cot, and the other has a double bed and bunk bed. The last beds can be found in the modern annex of the house, with two double bedrooms and space for creative expression or workspace. There's also a TV with Chromecast for your own services.
