Bathrooms include a primary ensuite, an upstairs full bath with tub/shower and double vanity, and a half bath downstairs. All bathrooms are equipped with bidets and essential toiletries.

The backyard is a private retreat with a heated saltwater pool available year-round, a hot tub, loungers for sunbathing, and a shaded patio with a dining table for meals outside. Guests can enjoy citrus trees, a BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of space for outdoor games. The fully fenced backyard provides privacy and room to relax from morning coffee to starlit evenings.

Essentials like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with wine glasses and outdoor dinnerware. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table or taken outside to the patio.

The home includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. Four TVs, Smart Locks, and keypad self check-in add comfort and ease to your stay.
