Welcome to Limetree Villa, a delightful accommodation just for two!
Located on St Croix's beautiful East End, in the lovely Villa Madeleine community and at the highest point in the complex with steady breezes. It's one of the few villas with the fabulous Buck Island view over the blue ocean, a breaking reef and sailboats coming and going. At night you'll see lights from cruise ships passing on the horizon.
Limetree is uniquely outfitted to maximize enjoyment and comfort for just one couple, Limetree is a delightful and romantic accommodation!

-Heated pool which comfortably maintains daytime water about 84 degrees vs typical 76-78 degrees.
-Wonderfully enlarged custom kitchen with complete and top-quality kitchenware.
-The former 2nd bedroom suite is repurposed as an enjoyable Den providing much more spacious accommodation, complete with 55โ€ SmartTV, AppleTV, complimentary Netflix, two comfy recliner chairs.

The luxurious Bedroom Suite is a tranquil retreat after a fun day. The mahogany king bed includes a very comfortable Tempur-pedic mattress, resort quality bedding and linens, 43" SmartTV, AppleTV and bathroom with a large marble garden shower.
The Great Room opens to the private pool patio with chaises and a covered outdoor dining for nicely shaded breakfasts with the full ocean view. The Great Room has indoor dining as well.
There is Wi-Fi throughout and the villa is fully air conditioned for warmer season visits. Outside the front door is a lush tropical garden. Convenient parking is just steps away on a well-lighted and landscaped walk with only one step. Coolers, beach chairs and beach towels are provided, racquets and balls as well for the onsite tennis court.
Dine at any of numerous excellent restaurants including a favorite Dugganโ€™s Reef, on the beach below the villa or relax at your home away from home under the stars with cocktails, grilling and dining on the terrace. Sync your Spotify to the Bose Wave and enjoy your favorite music.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd visit to this one of a kind villa! It is a real gem and exactly as advertised in the photos, look no further! The opportunity to unwind and relax is like none other with its privacy and serene atmosphere. This upscale villa is well appointed from top to bottom, with spectacular views day or night, and spotlessly clean. The staff provide a true level of comfort (and security) and knowledge of the island. You have the opportunity to enjoy many activities or simply lounge by the private heated pool. Great restaurants, secluded beaches, quaint island shoppes, snorkeling and other excursions, on-site tennis court, not to mention 2 excellent 18 hole golf courses to enjoy. Donโ€™t forget to watch the sunrise at Point Udall, pack a lunch and hike Jack & Issacโ€™s Bay Preserve trails to the beach for a refreshing swim. We are looking forward to returning next year!
