In the Master suite you will fine double glass doors opening onto a Juliette balcony with stunning garden views.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed for 2 guests. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a desk and Bedroom 5 has a king sofa bed that is made up as a bed for 2 guests and a desk. There is a travel cot for a little one too.

There's a cricket club within a 5 minute walk and your are just 10 minutes from Kipling Gardens which are surrounded by flint walls, close to Rottingdean's village green and duck pond; a great example of a traditional English garden.
