The property boasts a huge amount of space with an open plan kitchen/diner & large lounge with a gigantic sofa, big enough for all guests to comfortably relax on! The property has floor to ceiling windows making the home a bright and beautiful space, full of natural light.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
➤ Additional bedrooms: All bedrooms have a large amount of storage for your personal items and will be made up with fresh linen and towels prior to your arrival.
Head up the stairs to the remaining 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and the main bathroom. In the upstairs hallway you'll find floor to ceiling windows looking out over the gardens.
Bedroom 2 is the huge Master suite with a TV, very high ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower cubicle. The king size bed is made up of 2 single mattresses that can be adjusted up and down for your own personal comfort with a remote control. In the Master suite you will fine double glass doors opening onto a Juliette balcony with stunning garden views.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed for 2 guests. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a desk and Bedroom 5 has a king sofa bed that is made up as a bed for 2 guests and a desk. There is a travel cot for a little one too.

As you step outside from either the living room or kitchen/diner you will find a decked and raised terrace that makes for perfect entertaining space. There's also a summer house in the garden which is used for storage of more garden furniture, a barbecue and a number of children's toys including a huge Jenga, boules and bucket and spades. There's a cricket club within a 5 minute walk and your are just 10 minutes from Kipling Gardens which are surrounded by flint walls, close to Rottingdean's village green and duck pond; a great example of a traditional English garden.
