This exclusive 3-bed residence benefits from a privileged location with stunning ocean view just a short walk down to the beach Porto de Mós with its two great restaurants right on the sandy beach.
The apartment has high-end materials and finishes and takes full advantage of the panoramic ocean view which guarantees the w—ow factor. The beautiful nine-meter-wide living, dining and kitchen area is glass fronted with sliding floor-to-ceiling glass-doors to the south facing spacious outside terrace with sofas and round dining table with comfortable chairs.
The top modern kitchen is fully equipped and will invite you and your nearest to gather around the kitchen island to cock while watching the ocean. The interior is elegant with an exclusive design which makes it easy to feel regal.
All three bedrooms have sliding floor-to-ceiling glass-doors, exits to terraces and spacious built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ​en-suite​ bathroom and offers stunning ocean views directly from the bed as well as exit to the south facing terrace. The other two bedrooms have two 120 cm wide beds each and are facing the north terrace with beautiful views over the valley. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and the second bathroom has a generous shower. Both of the bathrooms have double basins and exclusive finish.
Floor heating, air condition as well as a built-in sound system and free high-speed internet are available.
The building was completed in 2019 and has a shared indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym as well as an outdoor pool in the beautiful garden and roof terrace.
