This is a sun drenched totally renovated 115sq mtr house with open planned living area,3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 99% fenced and in the middle of everywhere!! There are 2 deck areas both are covered by a pergola for a bit of sun protection and all weather alfresco dining along with a Cafรฉ clear curtain to protect from wind. Awesome rural views. 3 bedrooms are sunny and excellent sizes & 2 with built in wardrobes.
