Positive: The home has a lot of potential, it is very large, in a good location, the layout is good, and the Sunset Island community is the absolute best in the OC.
Negative: The downside is that the home needs better upkeep. Some of the furniture needs to be thrown out and replaced. Almost every screen door/window is ripped, the master bathroom has a broken cabinet, and the closets were stuffed with junk. Mattresses and pillows need to be deep cleaned. Patio needs a makeover, the patio furniture is dirty and worn out, we couldn't even use some of it.
Summary: Great potential, but needs better upkeep!
