Swan lake is a stunning Lakefront architectural home with 180 degree views from an expansive alfresco deck made for entertaining and relaxation year round. The location is unbeatable just moments to all Swansea has to offer, the waterways but just across the road from the huge foreshore parkland.
The Space:
Set by the water's edge for fishing, kayaking, walking and cycling.
The home has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which all inter connect to the outdoor deck and embrace the ever peaceful view.
Upstairs not only delivers generous open living, kitchen and office nook with fabulous water views, but it is complete with a tastefully renovated modern bathroom with rustic elements, and 3 generous bedrooms with Queens beds sleeping 6 guests.
The master suite is complete with a juliet style balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa, read the paper, and catch up on your emails in glorious morning sun, and an ideal place to unwind with a wine to summer evening sea breezes, when you want a little quiet time out.
Head downstairs to 2 additional bedrooms with double beds, full bathroom with bath, laundry, second lounge room which opens out onto the north facing backyard with fire pit and level grass yard for the kids.
Other Things to Note:
* Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly should a refundable deposit bond be required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.
* Please note we will reach out the week of your arrival to collect a $1000 refundable deposit bond for your stay. This bond will be held securely through STRIPE payment gateway and returned 7 days after your departure *
* SWAN LAKE does not permit parties, smoking or gatherings.
* Central Coast Council have very strict guidelines for Airbnb hosts on behalf of the community in which our properties are located and guests will be swiftly asked to leave if the house rules are broken. :(
* We aim to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. Our home has digital entry, an Alexa and CCTV at the front entry door for guest security and peace of mind.
* NOISE. Our property is a peaceful space and we like our neighbours so we do require our guests understand and adhere to thinking about those around you.
There is a strict 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay.
* DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations without discussing first.
* BREAKAGES. We understand that things happen however excessive damage will result in a claim. Please notify us of breakages
* SMOKING/vaping is not permitted inside our property at any time.
* We provide all of the essentials to start you off, however this is not a 'serviced' accommodation so you will need your own grocery items if you are staying for an extended period. Due to cover, many communal condiments have been removed.
*Our home is professionally cleaned and has the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation
