Positive: Located in front of tram station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast with daily mild variation in breakfast items to be served. Good house keeping. Rooms (for a 3 star hotel standard) are very clean and no bad smell. Well ventilated and well lighted rooms.
Negative: Since it is located on a main busy road.. traffic noise may irritate some guests if windows are little open. Some cigarette smell in lobby area.
