Summary: The room was good but the stay was marred by a severe lack of communication from the hotel in advance. I was arriving late from overseas but despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel by phone and via hotels.com, I was only finally able to make contact an hour before I took off. I was on the verge of booking a different hotel because I was concerned I would not be able to gain access. This resulted in undue stress which was completely unavoidable.
