As you step inside the property you climb the staircase to the first floor where you find the cosy lounge with a feature fireplace with alcoves either side and two plush sofas arranged around a matching pouffe. A wonderful place to sit and relax in the evening either reading a book borrowed from the bookshelf, catching up on a programme on the SMART TV or listening to a podcast on the Sonos system. Tasteful artwork and soft lighting create an inviting atmosphere.
The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a large oven with gas hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer as well as a wine cooler. Wooden worktops and an inset sink add to the charm along with a wooden dining table with chairs for up to 6 guests.
