Summary: Hotel staff was ve ry accommodating to me when i arrived. I was upgraded to a little bigger room which worked out better than i expected. The staff manager during the day greeted me when i arrived and handled my check in perfectly. The room service was excellent in their prompt service of items needed. Thanks for the service. I would recommend the hotel for usa travelers
