Design apartment newly renovated in November 2018, with original period flooring, in the heart of Turin Liberty, a stone's throw from the Porta Susa station and all the tram and metro bus connections.
"Cit Turin" is one of the most vital neighborhoods in the city, full of palaces and residences, excellence of shops and restaurants in Turin.
Very discreet and quiet residential area, strategic point for a central stay, to visit Turin without having to use the car (which will be parked in the private parking lot in the garage). In addition to being able to reach the main streets of the center on foot, the apartment is located a few meters from the bus stop 56 and the underground station that, in a few minutes, take to Piazza Castello and Via Roma,
Pharmacy, supermarket open until 22, bank, shops, market only in the morning under the house.
The apartment (50 sqm) of an elegant building of the early '900, is located on the second floor without a lift, overlooking the internal courtyard, which makes it very quiet.
The accommodation consists of entrance hall, bathroom with washing machine, living room with fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with window, bedroom with balcony. The bed (140x200 cm) is slatted with mattress and cushions in hypoallergenic materials and there is a single bed pouf.
In the living room the comfortable sofa bed (140x190 cm) could, if necessary, accommodate two more people. The bathroom has a designer bathroom with a comfortable seat and a floor-level shower. In the choice of furniture and accessories, particular attention was paid to both aesthetic quality and materials.

Very quiet and close to Piazza Benefica, known for its beautiful market, where to buy branded clothing and footwear, from stock, as well as local food products.
Guests, for the duration of the stay, have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment, which will have the keys. In the yard it is possible to park bicycles and under the house, rent bicycles, motorbikes, cars and electric cars.

In 45 minutes by car, you can reach Sauze d'Oulx or Bardonecchia and in 1 hour Sestriere, Monginevro and all the famous ski resorts of the Valle di Susa and the Via Lattea
