A stunning, luxury property set amid luxuriant countryside in the hearth of the Baroque Sicily, right at the south-east corner of this beautiful island. Villa Camilleri is a restored barn complex converted into a stylish, cosy, private residence with private swimming pool (16x6m; 0.9m - 1.5m deep; open from March 1 to November 30). The nearest restaurant and grocery shop is only 1km away.
Framed by olive, carob trees and white stone walls, this unique villa offers a beautiful infinity pool, large, well-equipped terraces and a well-tended garden with lawn.
The interior has been decorated with a perfect mix of modern and traditional elements and the property develops on one level.
We enter a double living room with fireplace, a dining room, a small common toilet (basin and WC) and a kitchen. The kitchen has 2 fridges and 1 freezer, 2 electric ovens, 14 gas burners. On a working platform there is a microwave oven, a toaster, an Espresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kitchen robot; a practical dishwasher completes the comfort of the kitchen. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine with dryer.
The sleeping area consists of : one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, one bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with 6 televisions all with satellite receiver. The house has underfloor heating for the winter season and air conditioning for the hot summer. There is also a safety box in the house.
Next to the villa there is an annex which is accessed from the outside. It has two further bedrooms (the small bedroom is accessed via the larger one) with shared bathroom: one double bedroom and one bedroom with French bed (more suited for two children or one adult).
From the villa can be easily reached the baroque towns of the Noto Valley and the beautiful beaches of Donnalucata, Sampieri and Marina di Ragusa.
