Splendid villa entirely transformed and renovated with equipment of excellent social status, for holidays with family or between friends. Possibility to sleep 10 people at ease. All equipment is new. Magnificent living area with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, induction ceramic hob, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, freezer. Living room with fireplace and TV. Large dining room table for 10 people. Majestic swimming pool of 12x5. 5 meters secured allowing you to swim all year round. Supplement for heating off season at the rate of EUR 300 / week (need to heat it one week before arrival + during the stay. A holiday with a real comfort await you! Residential district. 10 min from the most beautiful beaches: Torreilles, Canet-en-Roussillon, Sainte-Marie, St-Cyprien. 30 min from the Spanish border. Figueres 40 min with its Dali museum and Barcelona 1h30 for shopping and outings! The area is magnificent and will allow you to spend wonderful seaside holidays in a region full of cultural riches, not to mention its good manners, Catalan culinary specialties and its delicious wines!
