Summary: It says “villas and appartments” but in our apartment were only 2 plates and one set of cuttlery. And they haven’t been washed in at least a couple of weeks. There was a moldy leftover from some kind of meat inside the fridge. No glasses or whatsoever. We asked for waterglasses for my mom to take her medicine, she only got them after asking again 2 days later. The ventilation in the shower didn’t work well, so we left the front door open after showering the first day. Showerhead was broken, we could get a shower next door and bring the key back after. We told the manager about the things, but all we got is “sorry”. No offer for another room or a discount, just sorry. Not really great. The floor was dirty, spiderwebs across the ceiling. It was like they forgot to clean and inspect our appartmebt before arrival.
