The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs! For all those pickleball fans, the complex now has a nice court to use. The bedrooms, laundry area, and a shared bathroom are on the lower level - enjoy the cooler evenings at this complex during hot summer nights.

Downtown Tahoe City with an abundance of great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Miles of easily accessible paved bike/hiking trails minutes from your front door. In the Winter months, ski resorts include Granlibakken Resort, Palisades Tahoe, and Northstar. Cross country skiing is close by and rentals are available at Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area.
Parking:
There is parking available for 2 cars max anywhere in the complex and in front of the condo.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
