Spectacular viewing of sunrises and rocket launches from the screened in back porch or even from the living room. Enjoy the heated pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle ball and club house with many social activities. New shopping mall within walking distance (or drive across the street) provides access to a movie theatre, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, Wayback burgers, Pizza @ Titus Landing, Dunkin Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Pet Supermarket, and more! Cable, Wi-Fi internet, water, and electric included. Washer and dryer on each floor. Minutes from Playalinda beach, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and Cocoa Beach. Visit Orlando and attractions within one hour. Smart TV in master bedroom and living room. Tenant must read and agree to HOA rules.
