Summary: We booked this property with friends for Labor Day weekend. It had all the space we could need, but it was absolutely disgusting. The second we opened the door there were dirty footprints all over the floor, cobwebs all over windows, ceiling and doorframes, a dirty kitchen table, dirty pans in the oven, and many of the beds didn’t seem to have clean sheets. To add to the bed situation - none of them had fitted sheets over mattresses. They had just tucked a flat sheet under the mattress so you ended up sleeping on the mattress itself. There was hair in showers and dirty bandaids in one of them.The grill was so gross the knobs had greased over and didn’t work anymore and we reported that it was broken bc we had planned to grill that day. They sent someone to fix it but he couldn’t. He fixed one knob. So we had to use a charcoal grill. None of the patio furniture matched the photos. There were a few plastic chairs with the table. None on the upper patio at all. The kitchen and dining area is dark and dank and on another floor than the living room so don’t plan on hanging out in one great space. Which would’ve been ok if the kitchen wasn’t so gross. We kept yelling at our kids to get off the floor, wash their hands and wear shoes. We couldn’t wait to get home. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the management was so nice. Before our stay they did a lot to accommodate an early check in and were very available and communicative. But this property was awful.
