No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

Arrival between 00:00 and 08:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

The area is well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent Barcelona transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams. The Bus station is a few minutes away from the apartment and connects the line B20 and B25 and H10 which brings you to the city center in aprox 20 minutes. Also, the metro station Selva de Mar is a 5 min walk from the apartment, and it connects the line L4 which brings you to the city center in less than 20 minutes!
If you travel to Barcelona by plane you can use the following description coming to the apartment. The fastest way to get to the apartment is by taxi, we can help you book one if needed. You can also come with the Airport shuttle bus to Place Catalunya and after that with metro L4 to the station called Selva de Mar. Then you are very close to the apartment, easy as that!
